CA. Rajeev K. Gupta is the founder partner of Singla Gupta & Co. He did his graduation from Punjabi
University, Patiala. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1996. He is a fellow member
of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. From day one he started his career in the field
of practice as the proprietor of Rajeev Modi &; Co., Malerkotla, Distt. Sangrur till 2000. Then, in
the year 2000 he along with his colleague CA Rajesh Singla incorporated the firm Singla Gupta & Co.
He has rich experience in all the hardcore areas of the profession in the field of Statutory Audit,
Concurrent Audit, Stock Audit, Revenue Audit, Management Audit, Internal audit, Tax Audit, VAT
audit, Service Tax Audit, and Special Audit of several big, medium and small scale manufacturing,
trading and industrial units. He also has in-depth knowledge of migration from Single Entry
Accounting to Double Entry Accounting Systems. He is also involved in the preparation of Project
reports for small and medium-size enterprises and has well assisted them in getting their project
financed from nationalized banks.
Although he has vast experience in every field of profession, however since the year 2013 he has
been engaged in handling search cases, appellant matters and allied Income Tax matters only.
He handles the problems of clients with equal ease, but his core competency lies in understanding the
client's requirement & providing value additional management consultancy service by transforming
