CA. Rajeev K. Gupta is the founder partner of Singla Gupta & Co. He did his graduation from Punjabi University, Patiala. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1996. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. From day one he started his career in the field of practice as the proprietor of Rajeev Modi &; Co., Malerkotla, Distt. Sangrur till 2000. Then, in the year 2000 he along with his colleague CA Rajesh Singla incorporated the firm Singla Gupta & Co.

He has rich experience in all the hardcore areas of the profession in the field of Statutory Audit, Concurrent Audit, Stock Audit, Revenue Audit, Management Audit, Internal audit, Tax Audit, VAT audit, Service Tax Audit, and Special Audit of several big, medium and small scale manufacturing, trading and industrial units.

CA. Sanchit Aggarwal is the partner of the firm M/s Singla Gupta & Co. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He did his graduation degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 2017. He has completed various post qualification courses conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He is handling engagements related to GST and other Indirect Tax Laws, Tax Advisory and consultation pertaining to GST, Service Tax, VAT and Excise. He has played a key role in GST implementation support to clients, undertaking GST impact analysis, managing compliances under GST and identifying transition issues.

Mr. Piyush Aggarwal is the partner of Singla Gupta & Co. He is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He did his graduation from Panjab University. He has qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 2022.

He has vast experience in Financial Management, Internal Audit, & Statutory Audit matters. He carries vast knowledge of handling & supervising in the field of preparation of budgets, formulation and implementation of strategic financial plans, Management of Enterprise-wide Resource Planning System, Finalization of books of accounts, monitoring the performance of company investment.

CS DIVYA JAIN Company Secretary, Law Graduate (LLB).

CS DIVYA JAIN, commenced her professional journey in the field of commerce upon completing graduation and procuring professional membership of the renowned Institute of Company Secretary, India (ICSI) in 2009. She also holds a Degree of a Law Graduate (LLB).

She completed her internship with RSJ Associates, a Delhi based Practising Firm dealing in corporate and legal compliances along with an exposure of compliances under the purview of FEMA and Banking Regulations. Thereafter, she gained corporate working experience upon her appointment as Compliance Officer at Nipro Glass India Limited, a subsidiary of a company incorporated outside India and Subharti Group Of Companies, UP. Upon relocation to Ludhiana Punjab in 2011, she headed Supreme Agrofoods Private Limited, Ludhiana in the capacity of CS for period of 3 years.
